**Catalytic Converters and Powertrain Control Modules

The warranty coverages are measured by year/ km, whichever comes first, to correct any defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period. Regular maintenance is not included. GM Warranty Coverage At A Glance for Buick and HUMMER Vehicles

Base Warranty Coverage:

The complete vehicle is covered for 4 years or 80 000 kilometres, whichever comes first, except for items listed under "What is not Covered" found in the warranty booklet. The enhancement to the Base Warranty Coverage also applies to Tire Coverage, Sheet Metal Corrosion, Courtesy Transportation and Roadside Assistance. The Sheet-Metal (Rust-Through) is covered for up to 6 years, unlimited kilometres. Please read the warranty booklet for further coverage information.

OnStar is a factory-installed safety and security system that helps keep you protected and connected on the road. A live, specially trained Advisor is there to help you with something as major as an air bag deployment or as minor as a lockout. The OnStar system is also equipped with a hands-free, voice-activated phone so that you can stay connected more safely while driving. You'll have peace of mind, knowing you've done all you can to protect your family and prepare for whatever comes down the road.

GM Student Bonus

Still in school? Just graduated? General Motors of Canada wants to help get you in the driver's seat of your own new vehicle with the GM Student Bonus.

How Does it Work?

Eligible individuals may either lease or purchase finance any eligible new vehicle for delivery during the offer period and we make the first two eligible lease or purchase financing payments for you.* That's two months at no charge, plus there is no security deposit on your lease.*

Who is Eligible?

The GM Student Bonus is open to eligible individuals who are:

• Full-time high school students of a recognized high school. Also full-time students who have graduated** within the last 4 years from a recognized high school are eligible.
• Part-time and full-time students who are enrolled in an accredited college, CEGEP or university. Also students who have graduated** within the last 4 years from an accredited college, CEGEP or university are eligible.

* On approved GMAC credit only. GM will pay first two months' GMAC lease payments for 24 to 60 month leases only, paid up to a maximum monthly lease payment of $600 per month (tax inclusive). . Alternatively GM will pay first two months' GMAC finance payments for finance terms of up to 72 months only, paid up to a maximum monthly finance payment of $600 per month (tax inclusive). Offer applicable to equal monthly payment SmartLease leases or finance agreements. License, insurance, registration, PPSA/moveable property, administration fees and environmental taxes not included and may be payable upon signing. Vehicle must be registered solely in name of applicant (but contracts may be co-signed) for a minimum of six months and 12,000 kilometres and vehicle delivery must be made between September 13, 2005 to and including September 30, 2006. Limit of one eligible lease or finance agreement per eligible individual in his/her lifetime and not available to recipients of any previous GM student/graduate offer. This offer replaces certain prior GM/Saturn/Saab offers, which offers as well as certain other current GM/Saturn/Saab/ offers may not be able to be combined with this offer. Void where prohibited by law. GM may modify, extend or terminate this offer in whole or in part at any time without notice.

Eligibility Requirements

ºApplicant must be a legal resident of Canada of age of majority in their province of residence at time of application with a valid Canadian Driver's License. Individuals must meet the eligibility and other offer requirements during the offer period. Limited to institutions in or outside Canada as currently approved or recognized by GM. See your dealer/retailer for eligible institutions. As part of the transaction Dealer/Retailer may request eligibility documentation and will contact GM to verify eligibility. Determination of full-time status at discretion of GM as determined through supporting documentation.

**Note: For graduates the 4-year eligibility period will be measured from the date shown on the graduate's diploma.

Note: Students are eligible only once in his/her lifetime.
